Fcukers (pron "F-C-U-K-ers") – the band made up of Shanny Wise and Jackson Walker Lewis – have released their debut album ‘Ö’ (pron. ouh) on Ninja Tune. Produced by Kenneth Blume (FKA Kenny Beats) – recorded last year in a whirlwind two-week studio session following an initial prospective meeting between the trio. The genre-bending album collages Dub, UK Garage, Trip Hop and 2000s Hip Hop with more modern sounds spontaneously merged in unique and measured ways. Minimal arrangements keep the tracks focused and to the point paired with the band’s staple mantra-like lyrics.
