Lee Bannon + THUMP – on Alternate/Endings

Southern producer and previously the DJ for Joey Bada$$, Lee Bannon has added to the likes of many producers today in the new genre of “experimental hip hop.” The originally hip hop producer has since transitioned into a much stranger and unique style that will most likely be the influence for many producers to come. Bannon spoke to THUMP Magazine about his new album ‘Alternate/Endings,’ and his new passion for jungle music. 22 year-old jazz pianist and film composer Kris Bowers has been delighting his fans as they anxiously wait for his debut album ‘Heroes + Misfits,’ on his label Concord Jazz. His first single ‘Forget-Er‘ has now been remixed by Frederic Robinson, which, along with Julia Easterlin‘s vocals, has turned an already inspiring tune into an angelic piece of music.
